This Privacy Policy explains how Brush Boss Land Works LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit brushboss.com or contact us through it. We serve customers in North Texas.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the message you write.
If you call, email, or text us directly, we collect the information you share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your device and browser type, the website that referred you, your approximate location (based on your IP address, at about the city level), and whether you click our phone number or email address or submit a form. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
3. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service from Google. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to tell visitors apart and measure activity on this site. It loads when you visit. We use the results to see what works, not to identify you personally or to advertise to you.

4. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run this site and serve you:
- Our website provider. Budgetocity LLC, doing business as Pro by Budgetocity (“Pro by Budgetocity”), which built and hosts this website, processes form submissions on our behalf, stores them, and sends us notification emails.
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site, stores form submissions, and delivers email.
- Google, for Google Analytics.
- Automated screening. We use automated tools, including artificial intelligence services from Anthropic, to help detect spam and organize the requests we receive. The information you submit in a form may be processed by Anthropic on our behalf for that purpose.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
- Business changes. If the business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
5. How long we keep information
We keep the information you submit for as long as we reasonably need it to respond to you, do the work you asked for, and keep business records. We delete or anonymize it when you ask us to, unless we are required to keep it. Google Analytics data is kept for the period configured in our Google Analytics settings.
6. Security
This site uses HTTPS, and form submissions are sent over encrypted connections and stored with our cloud provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and requests
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at info@brushboss.com (or, for website-related requests, our website provider at pro@budgetocity.com) and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can opt out of analytics as described in section 3.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
